Brief
Planning tools split life into separate lists that never talk to each other. LifeP keeps everything in one graph so a habit, the goal it serves and the tasks that move it forward stay connected.
Approach
Node and edge types are data, not code, so the model can grow without migrations. The assistant annotates and links things on its own but proposes structural changes for review. An MCP server lets ChatGPT or Claude read and write the same graph, and a calendar schedules tasks into free time.
